DESCRIPTION
From 2022 to 2024, I worked on multiple projects at MEA for brands such as Printicular, Photo Print Plus, and Photo Prints Now. Many of these brands operated in both English and Spanish. My work spanned various aspects of design and user experience, addressing issues in both web and mobile applications through targeted research and iterative design improvements.
MY ROLE
My mission was to identify and resolve usability challenges, developing solutions that enhanced navigation and overall interface design. I conducted research to pinpoint areas in need of refinement—such as menus, footers, and user flows—and implemented design updates that ensured a seamless experience for end-users.
Below, I present some examples of the banners I created to drive user engagement and support these initiatives.
Some projects involved designing new features to enable the sale of new products, such as photobooks, and creating banners for various websites. Design improvements were discussed with stakeholders and, in some cases, validated through A/B testing. Additionally, my role required enhancements to the dashboard used for managing orders. Below, I present some examples of the banners I created to drive user engagement and support these initiatives.
